1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using Threaded, a service provided by BRUT EMPIRE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED ("we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Threaded provides an AI styling agent that offers styling recommendations based on your local weather and personal wardrobe. The service utilizes AI technology to process images and generate advice.

3. Subscriptions & Premium Features

We offer a "Premium" subscription tier that provides enhanced features.

• Free Tier: Includes up to 6 styling prompts and 3 wardrobe scans per day.
• Premium Tier: Provides expanded or unlimited access to styling and scanning features.
• Trial Period: We may offer a 3-day trial period for Premium features. After the trial ends, your chosen subscription plan will begin unless cancelled.

Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. You must comply with their respective terms of service regarding payments and cancellations.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

5. User Content & Intellectual Property

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and content you upload to Threaded. However, by uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and process that content (including through AI models) solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service for you.

You represent that you have the right to upload any content you share and that it does not violate any third-party rights or laws.

6. Disclaimers

"The most sustainable clothes are the ones you already own. Let's find them."

The service and all styling advice are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee:

• The absolute accuracy of weather data (provided by third-party services like OpenWeatherMap).
• That styling advice will be suitable for all occasions or personal preferences.
• That AI-generated thumbnails or categorizations will always be perfect.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BRUT EMPIRE DEVELOPMENT LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page or through in-app notifications.
