Data Deletion Request

Use this form to request deletion of your Threaded account data. The request is sent to support@threadedapp.uk.

Steps to request deletion

  1. Complete the form and answer the security questions.
  2. We'll verify your identity and reply with any follow-up questions.
  3. Once verified, we delete your account data within 30 days and confirm by email.

Data that is deleted

  • Account profile data (name, email, profile photo).
  • Wardrobe items, outfit history, and uploaded images.
  • Personal preferences and styling activity tied to your account.
  • Push notification tokens and in-app personalization data.

Data we keep and retention period

  • Support communications related to your request (kept for audit and customer care).
  • Transactional records required for legal or tax compliance.
  • Minimal security logs to prevent abuse or fraud.

We retain your account data for up to 30 days after a verified deletion request to complete processing and purge backups.
